Yoichi Bourbon Wood Finish (bottled 2018) 70cl Whisky

Single malt Japanese whisky from Nikka's Yoichi distillery, finished for one year in first-fill bourbon casks and bottled in 2018. The result boasts both complex sweet and savoury flavours, with a lip-smacking creaminess imparted from the casks. Excellent stuff from one of the most well-known whisky distilleries in Japan.
