Yoichi 15 Year Old 3cl Whisky

“The thing about yoichi is its batch variation,ive had distinctly average malts but ive also had some stunners. Right now ive got a bottle of this open which is one of the best ive had; subtle nose with a light splash of sherry, sweet start to the mouth and very fruity. Handful of nuts appear as it all goes savoury and good quality smoke wafts in (very light and quality cigar). Just when you think its done the sweetness makes a reprieve and last long with a lovely kiss of sherry. No sulphur in sight. No chill filtering and maybe 46-48% and this would be remarkable.”
