Single Malt
1 May 1993
1 Jun 2008

A heavily peated and extremely rare bottling from Suntory, dubbed The Cask of Yamazaki! It was distilled in Japan back in May 1993, and left to age in the Ohmi Aging Cellar in a single American white oak puncheon for the next 15 years. Finally, in June 2008, it was bottled at a suitably punchy 62% ABV, in a release of only 473 bottles.
