Wonderful William Larue Weller bourbon here, released as part of the 2020 Bullafo Trace Antique Collection! This expression takes its name from the noted American whiskey pioneer, and features wheat in its mashbill in place of rye, making for a creamy yet softly peppery flavour profile.
