Description
This right here is a single malt from White Oak in Japan which has been aged in a red wine cask for five years. This maturation has helped to impart a whole heap of rich red berry notes to the spirit, making for warming whisky perfect for autumnal sipping.

Nose
Orange sherbet, strawberry jam on toast, a touch of sawdust.
Palate
Earthy vanilla with subtle toasty spice elements, still rich in strawberry, with damson and blackcurrant too.
Finish
Lingering oaky tannins, mellowed by the red fruit notes.
