Description
One of a trio of 12 year old whiskeys launched by West Cork Distillers in 2016 - this particular expression was allowed a finishing period in Sherry casks, imparting notes of sweet berries and milk chocolate.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Vanilla pod, Sherried peels and a touch of tart raspberry.
Palate
Raisins and dates, slightly nutty at points. Sugary milk chocolate.
Finish
Thick blackcurrant juice and caramel.
