Lovely stuff here from independent bottler Wemyss Malts, who have created this blended malt for its Velvet Fig range. The brand pulled together 10 single malts aged for at least 12 years in oloroso sherry hogsheads and sherry butts. It's rich, fruity, sweet, and malty.
Dried fruit, cinnamon, chocolate, and tobacco.
Caramel, sultana, walnut, nutmeg, and caramelised figs.
Dark chocolate and festive spices.
