This fascinating single malt Scotch whisky was aged initially in Port and Cognac oak casks for 5 years and then finished for 2 years in Sauternes casks. It was bottled at 45% ABV and each bottle is labelled and numbered by hand.
Stone fruit, drying oak, floral notes, salted caramel, and cinnamon.
Roasted nuts, beeswax, dried apricot, candied orange, and nutmeg.
Long and sweet with floral honey and dried fruit.
