Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose Fresh, delicate notes of vanilla cream and buttery, biscuity malt, with flaky pastry and soft caramel.

Palate Delicate toasted oak and vanilla, creamy grist, and a touch of barky spice, with softly floral notes of fresh peach and apricot.

Finish Buttery Tarte Tatin, beurre noisette, and vanilla fudge are backed by a touch of nutmeg and sweet baking spice.
