
American single malt whisky from the Virginia Distillery Co., made from 100% North American barley, fermented for 72 hours with a two-strain proprietary yeast mixture (one for yield, one for flavour). This edition spent its early years maturing in bourbon barrels, followed by a stay in a selection of French Calvados casks, Virginia cider barrels, and Laird's Apple Brandy barrels. You can expect plenty of vibrant orchard fruit and sweet spice here.
