Boulder Straight Bourbon Whiskey
Distilled in Boulder, Colorado, this superb straight bourbon is a splendidly mellow sipper. With a mashbill of 51% corn, 44% malted barley, and 5% rye, the whiskey is matured in the dry mountain climate of Boulder, and boasts a distinctly smooth and soft texture, with buttery layers of orchard fruit throughout.

Nose
Warm, melted butter spread over crisp sweetcorn, stewed apple, dusted with nutmeg and cinnamon.
Palate
Gently sweet toffee popcorn, biscuity barley, and honeyed flapjack, with oaken vanilla and just a touch of woody spice.
Finish
Lingering notes of baked fruit, juicy barley, and buttery oak.
