Description

A lightly peated American Single Malt Whiskey from Boulder Spirits based at the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. Pot distilled from 100% malted barley and matured for at least three years in virgin American white oak barrels. Bottled at 46%, an intriguing dram, with whispers of BBQ and char.

Nose

Cinder toffee, with damp embers, spicy toasted oak and vanilla in the background.

Palate

Sweet oaky vanilla and woodfire combine, with hints of earthy moss and waxy lemon, and drizzles of caramel.

Finish

The smoke lingers, with gentle oaky spice.
