Tasty 21 year old Tormore single malt, independently bottled by The Single Cask. This whisky was distilled in September 1995, then left to mature for 21 years, until it was bottled in June 2017. Only 47 bottles were produced.
Big wafts of orange and hibiscus, followed by malted barley and plum.
Elegant and light, with lemon peel, honeyed cereal and a touch of coffee.
Runny caramel, barley sugar, cedar and beeswax.
