21 year old Tormore, independently bottled for the Rest & Be Thankful range. This scrumptious Speysider was distilled in June 1995 and matured in a single bourbon cask until July 2017, when it was bottled with an outturn of 307 bottles.
Butterscotch, dried oak, cinnamon and shortbread.
Wonderfully creamy, with lots of vanilla, coffee and allspice notes.
Ripe pear and red apple. A touch of chocolate.
Nose: Caramel, Green Apples, Oak and Citrus Palate: Vanilla, Dark Chocolate, Coffee and sour apples Finish: Dark chocolate, caramel, orange
