21 year old Tormore, independently bottled for the Rest & Be Thankful range. This scrumptious Speysider was distilled in June 1995 and matured in a single bourbon cask until July 2017, when it was bottled with an outturn of 307 bottles.
Nose: Butterscotch, dried oak, cinnamon and shortbread.
Palate: Wonderfully creamy, with lots of vanilla, coffee and allspice notes.
Finish: Ripe pear and red apple. A touch of chocolate.
