This one is a 14 year old expression, distilled back in 2005 and bottled up by Italy's Hidden Spirits. As ever with the Hidden Spirits bottlings, it features a rather picturesque painting on the label, perfect for mulling over while enjoying a glass of whisky. And what luck, the bottle is filled with whisky! It's almost like they planned that...

Nose
Milky tea, apricot, honeydew melon, biscuit dough, and fresh linen.
Palate
Slightly scorched rye bread, biscotti, poached pear.

Flamed orange peel and herbaceous barley.
