Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Caramel sauce on vanilla ice cream, honey, some smoky embers.

Palate: Fizzy strawberry laces, crystallised ginger, chocolate éclairs and hearty barley.

Finish: Melon, cardamom and a little cinnamon spice.
