Tomatin 10 Year Old 2014 Sherry Collection - Manzanilla Edition
One of a trio of single malts released for Tomatin's Sherry Collection in 2024, this 2014 vintage single malt Scotch whisky was aged for a decade, including a finish in Manzanilla sherry casks for two years. It was bottled at 46% ABV, non-chill filtered and with natural colour.
Tasting Note by The Producer
Nose
It carries depth with delicious aromas of sourdough bread and salty popcorn on the nose.
Palate
These are perfectly balanced with dried fruits, chamomile tea, grapefruit, maple syrup and salted walnut on the palate.
Finish
Characteristic of the Manzanilla, the finish is slightly salty with warm brown butter.
