A 9 year old single malt from Tobermory, independently bottled for the Strictly Limited range by Càrn Mòr. The whisky was left to age in a bourbon barrel back in 2008, then bottled in 2018 without any additional colouring or chill filtration at 46% ABV. A total of 316 bottles were produced.
Honeyed cereal, Nutella and citrus peels, now joined by a touch of ginger root.
Runny caramel, vanilla and candied apples emerge through white pepper spice and fresh barley.
Oak spice flickers away in a medium-length finish.
