Bourbon
Single malt Scotch whisky from the Isle of Mull distilled in 2008 and filled into two bourbon barrels. The outturn in 2016 was 635 bottles.
A little leafy and sweaty with demerara.
Grape and slight oakiness, hints of Kirsch and vanilla.
Light and refreshing.
