Superbly well-aged Tobermory single malt here, distilled back in 1995! It spent just shy of a quarter of a century in a single ex-bourbon hogshead, until The Single Cask independently bottled it up at 24 years old in 2019. Just 247 bottles were released at 54% ABV.
Vanilla shortbread, citrus blossom, and creamy tropical undertones.
Lemon curd, drying spice, and pineapple sorbet, with a dash of creamy vanilla.
Salted caramel digestive biscuits.
