Rum Finish

Scotland and the Caribbean meet through this Tobermory single malt! It was distilled on the Isle of Mull back in 1994, and was matured in a single bourbon hogshead before being transferred to a Caribbean rum barrel for a tropical finish. The single malt was bottled by Murray McDavid at 24 years old, released for the Mission Gold series at 55.3% ABV.
Banana fritter and spicy oak, with rum and raisin ice cream peaking through.
Earthy vanilla, honeyed tropical fruit and pineapple upside down cake.
Buttery caramel, dark chocolate and apricot jam.
