All the way from the isle of Mull comes a 21 year old Tobermory single malt, independently bottled by those That Boutique-y Whisky Company folks. There's no peat in this one, but there are plenty of reference to a particularly famous Partridge on the label...
Batch 6 is a release of 410 bottles.
‘That Boutique-y Whisky Company’ bottles single malts, single grains and bourbons from a variety of renowned distilleries as well as producing award-winning blended malts and blends. These whiskies are adorned with cultish graphic novel-style labels.
Milk chocolate, Malted Milk biscuits, orchard fruits, pear drops, peach, apple crumble, and pine needles.
Peppery rocket leaf, more orchard fruits, torn mint leaves, baked peaches in a butter pastry pie, liquorice and a smattering of basil.
Medium length and lively, with warming sweet spice and loads of menthol.
Last of the summer whisky. A pleasingly autumnal dram
