Tremendous 21-year-old Tobermory, distilled in 1994 and matured in a single refill hogshead. 36 bottles were disgorged in 2016 to send out into the world as part of our very own Master of Malt Single Cask range, and into the glasses of whisky appreciators like you.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Yeasty sourdough, choux pastries with chantilly cream, gooseberry fool, green apples. Shortbread with a hint of lemon zest, cream crackers.
Palate
Creamy still, with savoury barley, buttered oatcakes, runny toffee, and sweet grist. Toasted oak brings notes of vanilla alongside delicate honey.
Finish
Medium length, very gentle and delicate, spices emerge but remain at a distance, apple sauce, and oaken vanilla linger.
