Initially filled into a bourbon cask, this whisky was re-racked along the way in a French wine barrique for the remainder of its maturation period. The outturn was 357 bottles at 46% abv.

Classic spicy and floral French oak character - fragrant sweetpea, citrus, cinnamon and orchard fruit.
Palate
Redcurrant, mandarin, star anise and hints of mint.
