Tobermory 12 Year Old 2007 Pedro Ximénez Cask Finish
This limited-edition Tobermory single malt was filled into whisky refill hogsheads in September 2007 before being transferred into PX sherry hogsheads on 26 February 2016 to finish. It was bottled at a big 62.1% ABV, non-chill filtered, and with natural colour.
Tasting Note by The Producer
Nose
Candied fruits, rich sweet raisins, and maraschino cherries, with a touch of vanilla and malt.
Palate
Sweet sultana, dried fruit, roasted walnuts, and a drizzle of honey.
Finish
Long finish with a touch of vanilla sweetness and hints of citrus.
