Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Honeyed barley and pineapple cubes. Slightly chocolatey at points. A whiff of spiced fruit compote develops later on.
Palate
Pineapple once again, now with a hint of BBQ char. Loads of toffee and banana. Subdued coastal salinity.
Finish
Ginger, mint, mango and apple.
