An independently bottled peated Tobermory single malt, released under their Ledaig name. This was distilled in 2008 and left to mature in a refill Sherry butt for 8 years, until it was bottled in 2016 by Càrn Mòr for the Strictly Limited range. 875 bottles were produced.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Marmalade on toasted brown bread, oatcakes and a hint of sea salt.
Palate
Light wafts of raisin and yellow plum. Still rich in smoky peat notes.
Finish
Powerful smoke on the finish.
