A Claxon's bottling of peated Tobermory single malt Scotch whisky, bottled under their Ledaig name. It was distilled in May 2008 and matured for 8 years in a refill Sherry butt before being bottled at cask strength with an outturn of 645 bottles.
Kippers, sea salt and an underlying note of dried fruit.
Packed with smoke and salt, though now joined by mint chocolate!
Still minty, still smoky, still delicious.
