When you see the name Ledaig, you know you're in for a peaty treat! There are just 17 bottles of this single malt from Tobermory, distilled in 1997 and matured in a sherry butt for 21 years. That cask was cracked open by the gang right here at Master of Malt, bottling the whisky up for our exclusive Single Cask collection.

Salty, smoky cured meats are joined by notes of sultana and white grapes. There's a touch of brine beneath, tangling with drying oak and pecan pastries.
Dense peat smoke, grilled pineapple, and salted caramel cushion layers of woody spice and leathery old oak while a hint of smoked chilli develops in the distance.
Sea breeze lingers, with driftwood embers, dried chilli flakes, and cacao.
