Smoky Tobermory, independently bottled by Càrn Mòr for the Celebration of the Cask range. This one was aged in a single hogshead for 20 years, from April 1998 to August 2018, then bottled at cask strength with an outturn of only 237 bottles.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose

Grilled pineapple, burnt ends and a touch of spent match.

Palate

Bacon, caramelised banana, a touch of pineapple again (though now fresh and subtly sharp).

Finish

Nutmeg, cinnamon sticks and smoke.
