A 20 Year Old single grain whisky from The Observatory! We don't know where it was distilled, but we do know that it spent its whole two decades of ageing in bourbon casks, eventually bottled for the Signature Series at 40% ABV. Lots of grain sweetness and creamy cask influence to be found here!
