The Observatory 20 Year Old - Signature Series
A 20 Year Old single grain whisky from The Observatory! We don't know where it was distilled, but we do know that it spent its whole two decades of ageing in bourbon casks, eventually bottled for the Signature Series at 40% ABV. Lots of grain sweetness and creamy cask influence to be found here!
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
White chocolate and summer berries, with lemon cheesecake.
Palate
Pink marshmallow and dark chocolate, with creamy vanilla and buttered toast.
Finish
Vanilla fudge and dusty cocoa.
