Here we have the 2019 release of the Boutique Collection from The Macallan, initially created exclusively for The Macallan Boutiques, a range of multisensory, immersive spaces at airports across the world. This single malt spent its time in both American and European oak sherry-seasoned casks, before it was bottled at 52% ABV.

Tasting Note by The Producer
Nose
Sweet dried fruit is balanced with mature oak, warming ginger and nutmeg with hints of dark chocolate and vanilla.
Palate
Initially sweet and fruity with orange oil and oak spices.
Finish
Medium sweet with a lingering oak and fruit finish.
