Description
This is the 2026 limited annual release of The Macallan 18 Year Old Sherry Oak. This single malt spends a minimum of 18 years maturing in predominantly sherry-seasoned European oak casks from Jerez, Spain, for a rich, indulgent profile, layered with notes of ginger, dates, and dark chocolate.
Tasting Note by The Producer
Nose
Treacle tart with stem ginger, soaked raisins and sultanas with orange and ground cinnamon.
Palate
Dark chocolate coated ginger with dates and dried apricots, balanced with a hint of oak and vanilla sweetness.
Finish
Long with dried fruits, ginger and oak.
