The English Small Batch - 2026 Rum Cask Matured 70cl Whisky

Rum casks lend a tropical turn to this single malt from The English Distillery. The casks previously held rum that had itself spent more than a decade maturing at the Norfolk distillery. Now it’s the whisky’s turn, which was distilled in March 2016 and aged for over 10 years, with banana, caramel and vanilla among the rewards. It was bottled in April 2026 at 46% ABV without chill filtration or added colour, with a total outturn of just 917 bottles.
