While we don't know which Speyside distillery this hails from, we do know that it spent a generous 25 years maturing in a bourbon barrel, and it's bursting with rewarding layers of honeyed fruit, vanilla, and rich, oaken spice.

Vibrant barley, vanilla pods, green apples, and juicy tropical fruits, with zesty honey nestling beneath.
Waves of creamy vanilla and cooked apple lead the way, joined by lemon posset and set honey. Peppery spices gather beneath.
Dense old oak brings a drying finish, with notes of tobacco, pepper, and baking spice.
