It was matured for 25 years and bottled without disclosing the distillery, leaving you to figure out its origins. Batch 3 is a release of 1,522 bottles.
‘That Boutique-y Whisky Company’ bottles single malts, single grains and bourbons from a variety of renowned distilleries as well as producing award-winning blended malts and blends. These whiskies are adorned with cultish graphic novel-style labels.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Heavy wafts of toasted oak and beeswax, with a sweet hint of citrus oil cutting through.
Palate
Salted rye crackers and smoked meat, balanced by soft vanilla and caraway.
Finish
Baked earth, vegetal peat and black pepper.
