Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Zesty layers of lime and sour apple sweeties, kiwi, and green melon, with creamy oak and a touch of flinty minerality.

Palate: The sour apple and citrus carries through from the nose, joined by oily oak and warming root ginger.

Finish: Pepper arrives for a drying, spicy finish.
