That Boutique-y Whisky Company has released it's ninth batch of Blended Whisky #1, and this time it has been made exclusively with whiskies aged for at least 40 years! Impressive as ever, this stuff. The label features a giant space sphere, completely smooth and free of any pointy bits. Metaphors are rad.
Batch 9 is a release of 267 bottles.
‘That Boutique-y Whisky Company’ bottles single malts, single grains and bourbons from a variety of renowned distilleries as well as producing award-winning blended malts and blends. These whiskies are adorned with cultish graphic novel-style labels.
Chocolate hazelnut spread on brioche (if you've never tried that, do it, trust me), juicy red apples and a drizzle of honey.
Dates, gingerbread, honey, more red apple sweetness, balanced by mature malt and cigar box richness.
Toasted brown sugar, cinder toffee and hickory.
