Canadian Corn Whisky 6 Year Old (That Boutique-y Whisky Company)
You know you're in good hands with That Boutique-y Whisky Company, and here, once again, they've delivered the goods. A lip-smacking sherried Canadian corn whisky! Distilled from a mash bill of 95% Canadian corn and 5% malted rye, this six-year-old whisky matured entirely in oloroso sherry casks, resulting in a medley of buttery popcorn, stewed stone fruits, and silky butterscotch.
That Boutique-y Whisky Company bottles limited edition whiskies from a variety of renowned distilleries as well as producing award-winning blends. These whiskies are adorned with cultish graphic novel-style labels (in this case, it's a Boutique-y deer... NO IT's A MOOSE this time! Ah. Canada. We get it.)

Nose
Crumbly fudge, fruit-studded muffins (blueberries and raisins), honeyed pecans and mellow, buttery oak.
Palate
Sweet stewed fruits, ice cream with wafers, oaken vanilla, and blanched almonds, with buttery toffee popcorn throughout.
Finish
Baked apricot, butterscotch, and elegant oak, with a dash of peppery warmth.
