An impressive addition to Càrn Mòr's Strictly Limited independent bottling range. This single malt was distilled at Teaninch in 2010, and matured for 11 years in shaved, toasted, and re-charred casks before being bottled in 2021. A release of 1,028 bottles.
Toast with Nutella, flaky pastries, and hints of floral tea, with resinous oak char and polished wood.
Apple crumble with prickles of cinnamon and ginger, honeyed flapjack, laced with candied nuts.
Musty, roasted coffee and orange peel arrive to balance the spice, with softly vegetal barley and pepper lingering.
