Description
For the Lunar Year of the Ox (2021), Tamdhu turned things up to eleven. Bottled at full strength of 58% ABV and matured exclusively in sherry oak, it is unapologetically rich. A few drops of water go a long way here.

Nose
Raisins, roasted nuts, dark chocolate, cinnamon and polished oak.
Palate
Big and warming with orange peel, espresso bitterness, dense sherry sweetness and oak spice.
Finish
Lingering dried fruit and spice.
