The Talisker Distillers Edition bottlings are marvellous indeed. Delicious single malt from Skye, finished in Amaroso sherry casks? Yes please! This particular release was distilled back in 2011 and eventually bottled up in 2021 at 45.8% ABV. Expect smoky, coastal wafts with the soft sweetness of chocolate and dried fruit.

BBQ charred pineapple, salted peanuts, sea shells, mint chocolate.

Dates and honeycomb, with underlying salinity and creamy malt.
