Sherry
23 year old single malt from Strathmill, independently bottled by Càrn Mòr as part of the Celebration of the Cask range. This whisky was distilled in June 1994 and allowed to mature in a sherry hogshead until April 2018, when it was bottled with an outturn of 151 bottles.
A breakfast table full of treats - strawberry jam, coffee, brioche.
Treacle, zesty orange, blackcurrant, cinnamon.
Melted chocolate, more coffee, a touch of malty dryness.
