Single malt Strathmill here from Signatory! Not just a good excuse for some sibilance, this is a tasty Speysider drawn from a single hogshead cask that was laid down in July 1996 and cracked open 22 years later in May 2019. A Cask Strength Collection bottling, with 189 bottles released.
Grilled pineapple, apple turnover, roasted oak and peppery malt.
Hot apple juice, guava, white chocolate mousse, a few sea salt flakes and savoury nuts.
Brandy butter, toasted cumin seeds and citrus.
