Description

Stowloch in Missouri produces this whiskey following an imported recipe, brought to the Americas by its distiller's family in 1761. Using only heirloom, non-GMO grains, long fermentation, and naturally limestone-purified water sourced from the Ozark Highlands, it offers a glimpse into the pre-prohibition style of American whiskey, made without rye for a delicately sweet profile.
