Some superb Springbank here, aged for 22 years and independently bottled as part of the Forgotten Gems range! This series is all about making sure the very last drops of rare stocks of whisky don't go unnoticed - instead, they get hand-bottled in tiny batches, ready to be enjoyed by whisky fans! A much better outcome. This Springbank single malt was made with a marriage of whiskies from Madeira and sherry butts, and only 56 bottles were produced. Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose Dark chocolate mousse, brandied cherries, creamy vanilla and a touch of toasted oat.

Palate Thick toffee and fresh tropical fruit juiciness, with a hint of rubber in the background.

Finish Full-bodied malt notes stick around, plus cinnamon and cocoa.
