This 21-year-old Springbank single malt was given the Darkness treatment with a finish in one of its custom-made octave casks, that previously held oloroso sherry. The coastal malt and sherried sweetness make a perfect partnership.
Candied oranges and chewy caramel, waves of briny meat, and earthy malt.
