This Dimensions bottling of Springbank was distilled in December 1993 before an 18 year maturation in cask 532. It was bottled at natural cask strength in October 2010 and there are 246 bottles available.
Dried blackcurrants and hints of allspice. A little lemon zest, orange rind and malt.
Malty, smoky palate entry. Quite an oily mouth-feel, with zinging lemon zest top notes. Hints of sticking plasters lurking in the substrata.
Clean, spicy finish with linseed oil notes.
